Worship and Music Committee

The Worship and Music Committee shall assist the Congregation Council in seeing that the services of God's house are conducted regularly and in accordance with the liturgy of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, that competent ushers are recruited and trained, and that hymnals and other devotional materials are provided and properly cared for. This committee shall supervise, and strive to advance the welfare and effective service of, the choirs of this congregation. It shall arrange for the care of paraments, vestments and musical instruments, and, in consultation with the pastor, the organists, and the choir directors, it shall furnish music supplies appropriate for use during worship in a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

Ecclesiastical Arts Sub-Committee

Ecclesiastical Arts members shall prepare, care for and display liturgical needle and artwork, banners and other appropriate worship instruments for the services in God's house.

Altar Guild

Our Altar Guild is made up of monthly teams of two or three persons serving per month, mostly twice a year. Their purpose is to assist in creating and maintaining a climate of worship for the congregation Duties include care of Communion ware and linens, care and changing of paraments and banners, and flower ministry.

Memorial Sub-Committee

The Memorial Sub-Committee, with the approval of the Congregation Council, is responsible for apportioning funds donated in memory of loved ones.
