Program Support Property Committee The Property Committee shall see to proper maintenance and protection of all property of this congregation, and will take care that the same is kept in good repair. Finance Committee The Finance Committee shall prepare a draft budget for the succeeding year, and submit it to the Congregation Council for action prior to the Annual Business Meeting of this congregation. This committee shall exercise oversight of all the financial affairs of this congregation, including its investments, insuring that they are being conducted efficiently. It shall, subject to the approval of Congregation Council, be responsible for this congregation's total insurance program. Records Committee The Record Committee shall keep a record of all policies and procedures established by this congregation. This committee shall also preserve records of all minutes of organization of this congregation; baptisms, marriages, and deaths of members of this congregation; and all congregational histories. It shall seek to preserve altar ware and other items of historical significance. |
